Apple or Google sign-in does not complete

1. Check that the device has a working internet connection.
2. Confirm you can sign in to the selected Apple or Google account on the device.
3. Close and reopen Question Avenue, then try once more.
4. If sign-in was cancelled, restart it and finish the Apple or Google prompt.

A course will not start

1. Check your internet connection.
2. Make the goal specific: say what you want to learn and why.
3. Check how many free courses you have left in Profile, then Plan & usage.
4. Try again once, rather than submitting repeatedly.

Progress or revision looks out of date

1. Finish the current lesson or quiz before leaving the screen.
2. Open Library to check the course, then Revise for cards that are due.
3. Reconnect to the internet and reopen the course so saved progress can refresh.

Don’t delete or reinstall the app as a first step.

Subscriptions, cancellation and restore

Subscriptions are bought and managed through Apple. To cancel, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

On a new device, open Profile, then Plan & usage, and tap Restore purchase. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple handles App Store refunds.

Your data and deleting your account

To get a copy of your data, email support@questionavenue.com from the address you sign in with.

To delete your account, open Profile, then Account, and tap Delete account. You are signed out straight away, and we permanently delete your data 30 days later.

Age eligibility

Question Avenue is for people aged 13 or over. Anyone under 13 cannot continue.

If you entered the wrong date of birth, don’t create another account and don’t send us your date of birth. Email support@questionavenue.com and we will help.
